Smart-Home Simplicity, Delivered at Prime Speed
THE CHALLENGE
Business Goal: Successfully launch the new "Buy with Prime" feature for the smart-home brand Wyze, a key Amazon partner.
Brand Challenge: Seamlessly merge Wyze's friendly, accessible brand with Amazon's powerful, trust-driven Prime messaging to drive conversions without confusing the customer.
Project Challenge: The initial campaign was struggling ("unavailable mid-project"), requiring decisive leadership to take full ownership and deliver results under pressure.
THE STRATEGIC APPROACH
My Core Strategy: I developed a modular creative system using templates for all assets (hero banners, email, social, display ads).
Why this was the right approach: This system was designed for flexibility and speed. It ensured a cohesive look across every channel while allowing for rapid execution, which was critical given the project's initial state.
The Creative Bridge: The strategy's key was blending the two brand identities: using Wyze's friendly tone with Amazon's undeniable promise of speed and reliability ("Prime messaging") to build immediate trust and drive action.
THE OUTCOME
The Metric: The campaign was a massive success, exceeding all performance expectations and leading to a complete sell-out of the featured products within 24 hours.
The Systemic Impact: The modular system I created became the official framework for all future marketing activations between Wyze and Amazon, demonstrating its long-term strategic value beyond just a single campaign.
