Business Goal: Amazon's "Buy with Prime" (BWP) representatives needed to quickly set up professional, branded signage at a wide variety of merchant-facing events, from large trade shows to small local meetups.
Brand Challenge: How to maintain perfect brand consistency for BWP across countless different event types, sizes, and locations, ensuring the brand always looked polished and professional.
Logistical Challenge: The existing process was inefficient. Representatives needed a simple, flexible, and portable system that they could deploy quickly and easily without needing a design team for every single event.

My Core Strategy: I designed "Message in a Box," a modular and scalable signage system. The strategy was to create a comprehensive kit of pre-designed, brand-approved assets that could be mixed and matched.
Why this was the right approach: This system-based approach was designed for maximum flexibility and brand consistency. Instead of one-off designs, I created a repeatable framework. This empowered the BWP team to be self-sufficient while guaranteeing a high-quality brand presence at every activation.
