A Strategic Approach to Promotional Emails

The challenge at HomeGoods was to maintain a fun, vibrant, and cohesive brand identity across a high volume of promotional email campaigns. In the fast-paced world of retail, the brand's voice could easily get lost.

My role was to execute the visual strategy for these campaigns, designing a wide variety of assets that were consistently on-brand and effective. My approach was to leverage the vibrant HomeGoods color palette and playful typography to create energetic designs that would stand out in a crowded inbox.

Each email was strategically crafted to be highly scannable, with a clear visual hierarchy and compelling calls-to-action to maximize impact. This relentless focus on high-quality, consistent creative execution was a key factor in the email program's success, leading to improved customer engagement and click-through rates and turning the email program into a powerful engine for driving retail sales.
